Alerts Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage

Alerts for PIN and signature transactions can be set up to keep you informed of your card usage, helping you quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. The app sends alerts in real-time for every card transaction, including attempted transactions that were declined, with customizable options available.

Location-Based Alerts and Controls

The My Location control feature can restrict transactions to merchants within a specified range from your location using your phone's GPS. Transactions requested outside the range can be automatically declined. The My Region control works by using city, state, country, or zip code on an interactive map; transactions from merchants outside of the specified region can also be declined.

Usage Alerts and Controls

You can set spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and automatically decline transactions exceeding defined thresholds. Monitor and manage transactions for specific merchant categories such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, travel, and groceries. Additionally, you can monitor transaction types like in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, mail/phone orders, and ATM transactions.

Card On/Off Setting

The app offers an on/off setting for your card. When the card is "on," transactions are allowed based on your usage settings. When it's "off," no purchases or withdrawals are approved until you turn it back "on." This control helps disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity in case of a data breach, or control spending habits.

Additional Capabilities

The app also enables you to conduct card-related mobile transactions anytime and anywhere you are. Supported transactions include real-time balance inquiries and locating ATMs.
